Once our artists get your design we'll let you know if we can make it happen or not. We'll send over potential mockups of how your plaque may look after putting your custom design over it, once we get your approval we'll move onto the next step. If we're unable to make it happen we apologize. Don't stress it we'll let you know why and see how you want to proceed. If we can't come to a consensus we'll offer you a full refund no questions asked.
